- 1 can Canned Tuna Chunks
- 10 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Fresh Arugula
- 5 leaves Fresh Peppermint
- 1/2 cup Canned Corn
- 1/2 piece Red Onion
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper or Lemon Pepper
