DIY Easy Taco Bar Menu That Will Wow Your Guests

Ingredients

  • 48 count Small corn tortillas
  • 6 pounds Shredded pork (carnitas)
  • 4 pints Pickled onions
  • 3 large bunches Cilantro
  • 3 blocks (8 ounces each) Cotija cheese (or feta cheese)
  • 6 medium Fresh limes
  • 16 ounces Salsa
  • 16 ounces Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
  2. Serve the shredded pork (carnitas) in a large serving bowl.
  3. Arrange the toppings in separate bowls for easy access.
  4. Slice fresh limes into wedges and arrange on a plate.
  5. Provide salsa and sour cream in small bowls alongside the other ingredients.
