¾ cup water
1 ½ tablespoons honey
Juice of 1 lime
Tajin, for sprinkling
Instructions
Place the frozen mango, water, honey, and lime juice into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, adding water one tablespoon at a time if necessary.
Evenly pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds, ensuring not to overfill.
Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and sprinkle the tops generously with Tajin seasoning.
Notes
Make sure to use ripe mango for better sweetness.
