12 oz raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp water (as needed to thin)
Instructions
If using fresh raspberries, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread them in a single layer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
Place the frozen raspberries, lemon juice, and Besti sweetener into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
If the sorbet is too thick, add up to 1/4 teaspoon of water gradually and blend again to reach a smooth consistency.
Notes
Adjust the sweetener to taste.
Ensure raspberries are fully frozen for the best texture.
