  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili flakes (optional for heat)
  • 1 tablespoon Scallions or chives (optional for freshness)
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon zest (for fragrant finish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: Clean the shrimp and remove their tails.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: Combine cornstarch, lemon pepper seasoning, and kosher salt.
  3. Dredge the shrimp: Toss the cleaned shrimp in the cornstarch mixture until fully coated.
