2 cups crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup butter
8 oz cream cheese
3 large eggs
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can chopped green chiles
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped sweet yellow pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped tomato
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine the crushed tortilla chips and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Blend the softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth.
Mix in the lightly beaten eggs, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green chiles, sour cream, chopped yellow pepper, chopped green onions, and chopped tomato until fully combined.
Pour the cheese mixture over the tortilla chip crust and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until set and lightly browned.
