Ingredients
Scale
1 package Graham Cracker Crust (Or a cookie crust if preferred)
12 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar (Adjust for sweetness preference)
1/4 cup Brown Sugar (For depth of flavor)
2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened preferred)
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (Melted, semisweet or dark)
1 pinch Salt (To balance sweetness)
1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream (Whipped)
1 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows (Can substitute with larger marshmallows)
1/2 cup Chopped Almonds (Can use walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
Prepare the crust by pressing the graham cracker crust firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until just combined.
Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped almonds until evenly distributed.
Pour the creamy filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours or until set.
