Irresistible Raspberry Crumble Dessert You’ll Make Again and Again

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Toss raspberries with sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and lemon zest. Spread evenly in baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the raspberries without pressing down.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes until topping is golden and filling is bubbling.
  6. Let rest 10–15 minutes before serving.
