- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 pinch salt
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter completely.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour in the cereal and fold until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan with a spatula or wax paper.
- Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring in between.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the treats.
- Let cool for at least 30 minutes, then slice and serve.
