This Pomegranate Pistachio Whipped Feta Dip is the perfect blend of creamy, tangy feta, sweet pomegranate, and crunchy pistachios. A simple yet elegant appetizer that’s sure to impress at any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup (60g) Greek yogurt or cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils
  • ¼ cup roasted pistachios, chopped
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or mint) for garnish
  • Olive oil for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt (or cream cheese), olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Transfer the whipped feta to a shallow bowl or serving dish and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
  3. Evenly scatter the pomegranate arils and chopped pistachios over the whipped feta.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil (optional) and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately with pita, crackers, or fresh veggies.
