  • ½ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and measure them out for easy access.
  2. Place the shelled pistachios in a food processor. Blend until they turn into a fine powder.
  3. Add the tahini to the blended pistachios. Continue to blend until well combined and creamy.
