Ingredients
Scale
12 ounces dark chocolate (chopped)
8 ounces white chocolate (chopped)
3 ounces honey-roasted almonds (of Blue Diamond variety)
1/3 cup candied ginger (finely chopped)
1/2 cup golden raisins
3/4 teaspoon brown sea salt
white chocolate drizzle (melt some extra white chocolate)
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. Heat until it’s velvety smooth, ensuring not to overheat it; this will take about 1-2 minutes.
Combine the chopped honey-roasted almonds, candied ginger, golden raisins, and brown sea salt into the melted chocolate. Stir gently until all ingredients are well mixed.
Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping clusters of your desired size.
Melt the white chocolate for drizzling, warming it for about 30 seconds and stirring until smooth.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate generously over each cluster.
Cool the clusters at room temperature or in the fridge until completely set, which should take about 30 minutes.
