  • 1 bag jumbo marshmallows (about 2024 pieces)
  • 12 cups candy melts in assorted Halloween colors (green, purple, orange, black)
  • 12 teaspoons coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional, for smoother melting)
  • Candy eyeballs (various sizes for fun expressions)
  • Halloween-themed sprinkles or colored sugar
  • Lollipop sticks or paper straws (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper. Set out candy eyes, sprinkles, and decorations for quick access.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat candy melts in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth. Add a bit of coconut oil if too thick.
  3. Place a lollipop stick or straw into each marshmallow for easy dipping.
  4. Dip each marshmallow two-thirds into the melted candy coating, letting excess drip off.
  5. While coating is still soft, add candy eyes and sprinkles. Press gently so they stick.
  6. Place coated marshmallows on parchment and let firm up for 15–20 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  7. Display on a platter, stand in a jar, or wrap individually for Halloween gifts or party favors.
