Monster Cookie Dough Fudge is a decadent no-bake treat combining the nostalgic flavors of cookie dough with the creamy richness of fudge. Loaded with colorful M&M’s and creamy white chocolate, this indulgent dessert is perfect for parties and satisfying sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups plain M&M’s (divided into 1 cup and ½ cup)
  • 1 cup plain mini M&M’s (divided into ½ cup and ½ cup)
  • 1½ cups good quality white baking chips (such as Ghirardelli)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup salted sweet cream butter (softened)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray it with nonstick spray. Set it aside for later use.
  2. Place the all-purpose flour into a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute to heat-treat the flour, then allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, sift the flour to remove any lumps and ensure a smooth texture.
  3. Portion 1 cup of the plain M&M’s and ½ cup of the mini M&M’s into separate quart-size Ziploc bags. Place these bags in the freezer while you prepare the rest of the fudge to keep them firm.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, use a handheld mixer to cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, half and half, vanilla extract, and salt together for 1½ to 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
  5. Reduce mixer speed to low and add the sifted flour. Mix just until the dry ingredients are well incorporated, forming a cookie dough base. Set aside.
  6. In a heat-safe medium bowl, combine the white baking chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until completely melted and smooth.
  7. Remove the M&M’s from the freezer and stir them into the cookie dough mixture using a wooden spoon, incorporating the crunchy chocolate candies evenly.
  8. Pour the melted white chocolate and condensed milk mixture over the cookie dough mixture and stir just until all ingredients are fully combined.
  9. Spoon the combined cookie dough fudge mixture into the lined baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  10. Evenly sprinkle the remaining ½ cup plain M&M’s and ½ cup mini M&M’s over the top. Gently press the candies into the surface to adhere without crushing them.
  11. Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight, to fully set.
  12. Once chilled and firm, remove from the refrigerator and slice into 25 squares (5 pieces across and 5 down) for serving.
