- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
- Fresh fruit or jam (for topping, optional)
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into squares (about 3 inches each).
