- 1 cup Graham Crackers (crushed)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 16 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Shredded Sweetened Coconut
- 1/2 cup Crushed Raw Walnuts
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Crumble graham crackers and mix with melted butter and granulated sugar until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the greased pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat room-temperature cream cheese until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until combined.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips and pour the mixture over the prepared crust.
- Sprinkle coconut and walnuts on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set but jiggles slightly.
- Cool completely for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into squares.
