  • 1 cup cooked prawns (optional)
  • 1 large sliced boiled egg (optional)
  • 2 pieces red cherry tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: Start by combining the cream cheese, kefir, and optional mayonnaise in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare the Decoration: Wash and dry the courgette or cucumber, and use a vegetable peeler for strips.
  3. Wash Herbs: Rinse the fresh coriander leaves under cold water.
  4. Cook Peas: Bring water to a boil and add frozen peas. Cook for a few minutes.
