1 6 oz box lime Jello
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 6 oz box cranberry Jello
1 14 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
Lime zest (for garnish, optional)
Extra whipped topping (for serving, optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, dissolve lime Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, add 1 cup cold water, then mix in crushed pineapple and pecans. Pour into a 9×13 dish. Chill until firm (1.5–2 hours).
In a new bowl, mix whipped topping and yogurt until smooth. Spread gently over green Jello. Chill until firm (about 1 hour).
Dissolve cranberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water and whole berry cranberry sauce. Mix well. Gently pour over creamy layer using the back of a spoon. Chill until set (2+ hours or overnight).
Before serving, cut into squares. Top with whipped topping and lime zest. Serve chilled.
