This Easy Layered Christmas Jello is a stunning, no-bake dessert featuring vibrant red, white, and green layers that bring holiday spirit to your table.

  • 1 6 oz box lime Jello
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 6 oz box cranberry Jello
  • 1 14 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Lime zest (for garnish, optional)
  • Extra whipped topping (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve lime Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, add 1 cup cold water, then mix in crushed pineapple and pecans. Pour into a 9×13 dish. Chill until firm (1.5–2 hours).
  2. In a new bowl, mix whipped topping and yogurt until smooth. Spread gently over green Jello. Chill until firm (about 1 hour).
  3. Dissolve cranberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water and whole berry cranberry sauce. Mix well. Gently pour over creamy layer using the back of a spoon. Chill until set (2+ hours or overnight).
  4. Before serving, cut into squares. Top with whipped topping and lime zest. Serve chilled.
