  • ½ cup allulose or erythritol (or blend)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Toast pecans in a dry skillet for 3–4 minutes until fragrant.
