1 3/4 cup whole milk
2 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp honey
3 Lipton black tea bags
1 tbsp gelatin (1 package)
1/2 cup dried boba/tapioca balls
3 cups water
1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
In a medium pot, bring 3 cups of water and 1/4 cup brown sugar to a boil. Add the dried boba and simmer for 3 minutes until they float. Turn off the heat and let them sit in the hot water.
In a small pot, combine whole milk, white sugar, honey, and gelatin. Add the tea bags and heat gently, stirring until bubbling and dissolved. Remove the tea bags.
Strain the milk tea mixture through a fine mesh sieve into pudding cups.
Add 1 tablespoon of prepared boba into each pudding cup. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to set.
Serve chilled with a dollop of honey and remaining boba on top.
