  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Finely diced red bell peppers
  • Finely diced green bell peppers
  • Chopped chives
  • Crushed pecans or walnuts
  • Shredded cheese
  • Finely chopped dried cranberries
  • Crushed crackers
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Small herb stems
  • Tiny vegetable slices

Instructions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, green onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm enough to shape.
  3. Scoop and roll mixture into small bite-sized cheese balls.
  4. Place desired coatings into small bowls.
  5. Coat each cheese ball completely in your chosen toppings.
  6. Insert a pretzel stick, herb stem, or veggie piece into the top.
  7. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.
  8. Use room-temperature cream cheese for extra creaminess.
  9. Chill between steps to keep balls firm and easy to shape.
  10. Apply coatings right before serving for best texture.
  11. Use a cookie scoop for uniform ornament sizes.
  12. Refrigerate up to 3–4 days.
