2/3 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder
pinch of salt
2/3 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
10 tsp cream cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten (optional, for egg wash)
Everything But The Bagel seasoning
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt.
Add Greek yogurt and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Lightly flour a surface, divide dough into 10 pieces, flatten each, add 1 teaspoon cream cheese to the center, seal, and roll into balls.
Brush with egg wash or spray lightly with oil, then sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes. Air fry bagel bites for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
