Crispy Garlic Parmesan Sweet Potato Wedges – Healthy, Flavorful & Easy

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Wash potatoes well and slice into 6–8 wedges each.
  3. Soak wedges in cold water for 15–20 minutes. Drain and dry thoroughly.
  4. Toss wedges with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  6. Oven: Bake 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Air fryer: Cook 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately.
