  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce) package potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add gnocchi to the same skillet. Cook according to package directions, usually 2-3 minutes, until lightly golden.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in minced garlic. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and gnocchi.
