1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef cubes and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned. Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet.
Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Return the beef bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the beef is heated through and coated.
Stir in chopped parsley.
Serve the garlic butter beef bites immediately.

For extra flavor, marinate the beef cubes in garlic and butter for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
