2 cups baby carrots
2 stalks celery, chopped into 1-inch pieces
2 cups beef broth
2 packets brown gravy mix
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
4 cups prepared mashed potatoes (for serving)
Instructions
Place frozen meatballs, baby carrots, and chopped celery into a slow cooker or large pot.
Pour in beef broth and sprinkle over the brown gravy mix.
Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.
For slow cooker: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
For stovetop: Simmer covered over medium heat for 45–60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Optional: Thicken the gravy by mixing 1 tablespoon cornstarch with water and stirring it in during the final 10 minutes.
