  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In your crockpot, mix together the low-sodium chicken broth, fire-roasted diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Set your crockpot to low and bring it to a gentle simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add Sausage: Stir in the browned ground sausage, ensuring it’s well-distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Incorporate Tortellini: Gently add the frozen tortellini to the pot. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortellini floats to the top.
