Instructions

  1. Season the pork belly generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the seasoned pork belly to the pan. Sear each side until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Drizzle apple cider vinegar over the seared pork belly.
  5. Sprinkle the baking powder over the pork belly.
  6. Cook the pork belly until fully cooked and crispy, about 10-15 more minutes.
