- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 small yellow onion, finely grated
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 1/2 cups beef broth

- Shape into 1-inch balls. Chill on a parchment-lined tray for 20 minutes.
- Heat butter and oil in a skillet. Brown the meatballs in batches, about 6–8 minutes total. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux.
- Slowly whisk in beef broth, then add cream, Dijon, and Worcestershire. Cook until thickened.
- Return meatballs to sauce. Simmer covered for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with mashed potatoes, noodles, or bread.
