Creamy Parmesan Beef Rigatoni is a delicious pasta dish made with ground beef, creamy sauce, and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add rigatoni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add beef broth and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  5. Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  6. Reduce heat to low, then gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet. Toss until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  9. Remove from heat and plate the creamy rigatoni. Top with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for garnish.
