- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups French-fried onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- If using fresh broccoli, blanch in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then cool in ice water. Drain well.
