  • 1 1/2 cups blended cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons pickle brine
  • 1 teaspoon creamy dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to your liking
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles

Instructions

  1. Place the cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed to ensure the texture is creamy and consistent throughout.
  2. Finely chop the dill pickles until you measure 1/2 cup.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the blended cottage cheese, mayonnaise, pickle brine, creamy dijon mustard, dried dill, garlic powder, chopped pickles, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly to combine all flavors.
