- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 cup holiday-colored M&M’s
- Nonstick spray or oil (for greasing)
- Lightly grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray or oil. Set aside.
- Pop the popcorn and remove any unpopped kernels. Place in a large mixing bowl.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir constantly until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla extract, if using.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently stir until coated.
- Allow to cool slightly, then fold in the M&M’s gently.
- Press the mixture into the greased bundt pan, pressing evenly.
- Let it set for 30–45 minutes.
- Turn the pan upside down onto a serving plate and gently remove.
- Slice and serve using a greased serrated knife.
