  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Red or green food coloring (optional)
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Holiday sprinkles
  • Extra crushed cookies or candy pieces
  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric hand mixer or whisk
  • Rubber spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • 9×13-inch pan
  • Plastic wrap or lid
  • Food processor or zip bag (for crushing cookies)

Instructions

  1. Crush cookies until fine but slightly textured. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into a 9×13 pan. Freeze for 10–12 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over chilled crust.
  3. Whisk instant pudding with cold milk until thickened. Add food coloring if desired. Spread gently over cheesecake layer.
  4. Spread whipped topping evenly over pudding.
  5. Add sprinkles, crushed cookies, or festive candies.
  6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight for clean slicing.
