This Cherry Cheesecake Fluff is a dreamy, creamy no-bake dessert packed with sweet cherries, fluffy marshmallows, and smooth cheesecake goodness.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the marshmallows and cherry pie filling until evenly combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Scoop into bowls or cups and enjoy!
