  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whipped topping or heavy cream, whipped
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry, and halve strawberries lengthwise. Remove stems and hollow out centers gently.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping until light.
  3. Pipe or spoon cheesecake filling into strawberry halves.
  4. Sprinkle with graham crumbs, chocolate chips, or lemon zest if desired.
