8 oz block cheddar cheese, cut into 24 small cubes
24 marinated mozzarella cheese balls
12 slices of salami, each slice halved and folded
24 grape tomatoes
8–12 mini dill pickles, chopped into 2 or 3 pieces
Fresh basil leaves, separated into bite-sized pieces
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
Cut the cheddar cheese block into 24 small cubes. Halve each slice of salami and fold the halves. Chop the mini dill pickles into 2 or 3 pieces based on size. Separate fresh basil leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Thread the prepared ingredients onto skewers in any preferred order. Suggested arrangement is cherry tomato, mozzarella ball, basil leaf, dill pickle chunk, folded salami, and cheddar cube.
Lay the completed skewers on a large serving platter or plate. Evenly drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Present the charcuterie skewers immediately as a flavorful, no-cook appetizer.
