  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 ounces Brie
  • 2 tablespoons Jam or Orange Marmalade

Instructions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Put one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet, and layer with Brie and jam.
  4. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
  5. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook until the other side is golden and Brie is melted.
