Instructions
Use a clean mason jar or airtight container with a lid.
Add rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt to the container.
Pour in the yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Stir until well mixed.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
