Indulge in the rich and creamy Andes Mint Fudge, a delightful treat combining smooth semi-sweet chocolate with the distinctive cool mint flavor of Andes mints.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Andes mints, chopped

Instructions

  1. Line a 4 x 6 inch casserole dish with parchment paper, ensuring some overhang for easy removal later, and set it aside.
  2. Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring thoroughly between each interval until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Quickly stir in the sweetened condensed milk to the melted chocolate. Adjust the amount between 4 to 6 tablespoons depending on your preferred fudge texture: more for sweeter and fudgier, less for a creamier consistency.
  4. Pour and evenly spread the fudge mixture into the prepared parchment-lined dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped Andes mints evenly over the top of the fudge to add a refreshing mint flavor and a bit of crunch.
  6. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight to allow the fudge to firm up.
  7. Once set, use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan. Slice into 1-inch squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • This fudge is no-bake and easy to make.
  • Perfect for holiday gifts or a special dessert.
  • Adjust the sweetened condensed milk for desired texture.
