- 4 pounds ground alligator meat
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 4 cups diced onion
- 2 cups diced celery
- 2 cups diced bell pepper
- 4 tablespoons diced garlic
- 4 tablespoons diced jalapeño
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 6 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- salt to taste
- cracked black pepper to taste
- 15 bags corn chips

- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
