Ingredients
Frozen hash browns (patties or shredded) – quantity as desired
Olive oil spray – for spraying the basket and potatoes
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
For patties, preheat to 400°F. For shredded hash browns, preheat to 375°F.
Optionally spray the basket with olive oil spray.
Place frozen patties in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 400°F until crispy and golden.
Arrange shredded potatoes in a thin, even layer in the basket.
Cook at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking or flipping gently every 5 minutes for even browning.
Notes
Check at 15 minutes to prevent burning and adjust time if needed.
