Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until evenly moistened.
  3. Press crust mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in coffee liqueur, vodka, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  10. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
