  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain grease.
  3. Spread thawed hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cooked sausage over the hash browns.
