  • 1 piece Green Pepper Stem
  • Crackers or Fresh Vegetables

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, canned pumpkin, crushed pineapple, shredded cheddar cheese, dried beef, and finely chopped onion.
  2. Using a spatula or electric mixer, blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
