This Peppermint Christmas Fudge is a quick, no-bake holiday favorite that combines creamy white chocolate and refreshing peppermint.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 34 drops red food coloring
  • ¼ cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk together. Stir constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract and salt.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface quickly.
  5. Add a few drops of red food coloring and swirl with a toothpick to create a festive pattern.
  6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes evenly on top while fudge is still soft.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours until fully set.
  8. Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into squares. Wipe the knife between each cut for clean edges.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Use any food coloring for a different look.
  • Adjust the amount of peppermint extract to taste.
