- 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- Pinch salt
- 3–4 drops red food coloring
- ¼ cup crushed candy canes
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk together. Stir constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract and salt.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface quickly.
- Add a few drops of red food coloring and swirl with a toothpick to create a festive pattern.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes evenly on top while fudge is still soft.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours until fully set.
- Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into squares. Wipe the knife between each cut for clean edges.
