- 170 g Butter, softened
- ⅓ cup Granulated sugar
- ¾ cup Brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 large Egg
- 1 large Egg yolk
- 2 cup Flour, all-purpose or cake flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ⅔ cup Chocolate chips
- 1 ½ cup Oreos, chopped
- Whipped cream or frosting
- Chopped Oreos
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the vanilla extract, kosher salt, egg, and egg yolk to the mixture. Beat until well combined.
- Combine the flour and baking soda in a separate bowl.
- Gradually incorporate the flour mixture into the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Oreos gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Optional: Top with whipped cream and sprinkle additional chopped Oreos.
