1 pound kielbasa, sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the kielbasa slices on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, make several cuts along the top of each slice, taking care not to cut all the way through.
In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
Brush the mustard mixture generously over each sliced kielbasa piece, ensuring the mixture seeps into the cuts.
Place the coated kielbasa slices on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are spaced evenly.
