  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in frozen mixed vegetables and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine crushed buttery crackers with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Sprinkle evenly over casserole.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  8. Remove from oven, cool a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
