- 12 oz Kielbasa Sausage
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ head Cabbage, washed and cut
- ½ cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until the onion becomes translucent, around 3-4 minutes.
- Slice the kielbasa and add it to the skillet. Cook until it’s nicely browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the salt, black pepper, and cabbage to the skillet; stir to combine all those wonderful ingredients.
- Pour in the chicken broth and white wine vinegar; cover and let it simmer until the cabbage is tender, approximately 10-15 minutes.
